Welcome to PriorityBox AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PriorityBox AI application ("Service") provided by PriorityBox AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PriorityBox AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
PriorityBox AI is a Shopify application that provides:
- AI-powered email classification and prioritization
- Integration with Gmail and Outlook email accounts
- AI-generated reply suggestions
- Customer context from your Shopify store
- Priority-based inbox management
3. Account Requirements
To use our Service, you must:
- Have a valid Shopify store
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be authorized to connect email accounts you integrate
- Keep your account credentials secure
4. Subscription and Billing
PriorityBox AI offers different pricing tiers:
- Starter (Free): 100 emails/month, 1 email account
- Growth ($19/month): 1,000 emails/month, 3 email accounts
- Pro ($49/month): 5,000 emails/month, unlimited accounts
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Email Account Access
When you connect your email accounts (Gmail or Outlook), you grant us permission to:
- Read incoming emails for classification
- Access email metadata (sender, subject, timestamp)
- Store email data to provide the Service
We will only access emails in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your email account.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to classify emails and generate reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI classifications may not always be 100% accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before sending
- We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content
- AI outputs should be treated as suggestions, not final decisions
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PriorityBox AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI classifications will be 100% accurate
- The Service will meet all your requirements
- Any errors will be corrected
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIORITYBOX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PriorityBox AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an update on our website or through the Shopify admin. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
